Office Academy is designed give you a cost effective way to learn all of today's office software for one low monthly rate

Office Academy gives you access to over fifty classes including:

• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and more!)
• Adobe (Photoshop and Acrobat)
• Corel (Word Perfect, Paradox, and more)
• More classes are being continually developed. In fact, if you don't see a class in our catalog, send us an email and we'll consider offering it.
• In some cases, training materials can be made available for earlier versions of software (e.g. Microsoft Office 97 and 2000) upon request.

Here's how Office Academy works:

• Register as a Train-for-Success student.
• Pay a single subscription fee of $250 annually or $25 monthly (recurring subscriptions).
• Once verified, you will have access to *every Office Academy course offered by Train-for-Success. Find the classes in the course catalog and then email us and we'll give you access to the material.
• Once you we have granted you access, Log In and go to My Classes.
• Learn at your own pace!

*Monthly subscriptions are limited to 10 courses per month.

Office Academy classes are formatted as Microsoft Word or Adobe Acrobat documents that you simply download and read at your own convenience! Office Academy courses do not have coursework or projects for you to turn in. If you need that kind of structure, then you can take an Office Academy class as a Live Class (see below)

Additional Services

What if I want to earn CEUs?

If you need to really learn a particular piece of software, you might consider taking it as a Live Class (What's This?). Live classes are one-on-one interactive classes with a live instructor. Each week you meet with your instructor to review the material and complete projects.

• Any Office Academy class can be take as a Live Class for $225. Let us know that this is what you would like to do and you will relieve extra materials and support.
• After taking a live class, you will be granted appropriate CEUs.

At a Glance:
