Are you an experienced instructor?

If so, you may be able to work for us and yourself! We are always looking for new instructors to facilitate online classes. You would work as an independent and share in the profits of your classes.

We provide the infrastructure, and you provide the time and knowledge. We both work together to market the business and draw students.

System Requirements

In order to consider being an instructor, you need the following basic setup:

• A PC running Windows XP
• A broadband, DSL, or faster connection to the Internet
• Working microphone and speakers
• Access to and familiarity with Microsoft PowerPoint
• Internet Explorer

How Classes Work

Depending on the class, we may already have course materials. However, you are also free to use your own, or you may be asked to design your own materials if they aren't already available.

Class structures vary, but are typically 6 weeks in length.

You will be responsible during the week for answering student questions, helping them with material they may not understand, and grading work and providing feedback.

The students will download class materials for each week and communicate with via the forum. They may also email you with questions. Most classes have a "Lecture", reading from a related book, review questions for the students to answer, and a weekly project.

Payment

You will receive 50% of all class proceeds payable via PayPal at the end of the class (which means you must have a PayPal account setup).

We are also open to suggestions for classes. Keep in mind that we mainly focus on classes that promote personal, career and business success.

What to Do Next?

1. You might start by taking a look at our current course catalog. If you see an a course that you would like to teach, include a mention of it in your application. We often need multiple instructors for courses to fill student demand.
2. In order to be an instructor, you must first be a registered user of the Train-for-Success site. So your first step is to register.
3. Once you have completed registration, login and complete the instructor application.
